Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a multicraft environment
  • Leadership skills and experience preferred
  • Ability to teach, coach, and mentor a team
  • Strong electrical and electrical diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read and interpret complex prints and diagrams
  • Ability to work with and diagnose CNC equipment
  • Understanding of G code and M codes is desired
  • PLC skills and electronic drive control skills
  • Connected components and knowledge of Allen Bradley software desired
  • Ability to work with and learn multiple types of drives, PLCs, HMI, and software
  • Experience with Fanuc control desired
  • Robotic experience is desired, but we will train
  • Manufacturing experience is desired
  • Exercise substantial initiative and judgment in work methods and interpreting goals
  • Work independently and is reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Communicate with clarity and demonstrate excellence in approach to work and people activities
  • Solid understanding of all people-related processes and procedures
  • Able to identify root cause of any losses
  • Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure or cost of poor quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Qualifications
