Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
  • Supervise the accurate dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and medication management.
  • Provide comprehensive drug information to both healthcare providers and patients.
  • Conduct thorough medication utilization reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and recommend necessary adjustments to therapy.
  • Participate in various medical activities to support patient health.
  • Maintain aseptic techniques in sterile compounding environments.
  • Offer clinical support in critical care settings.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and medication ordering.
  • Keep accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail pharmacy.
  • Active pharmacy license in the relevant state.
  • Immunization certification from an accredited organization.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
Preferred:
  • Experience in specialty pharmacy settings.
  • Knowledge of compounding medications.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy management software.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
