Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in SourceLink Support Desk and customer service.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) and excellent communication and organizational skills.
