About the Role

Hubbard Family Swim School is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for each child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swim lessons to students in a group or individual setting
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
  • Assist with pool deck operations and maintenance
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
  • Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small children up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to a minimum of 1 year and at least 2 shifts per week
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including afternoons and weekends
  • Ability to work with small group classes (up to 4 children) or individual classes (1 on 1)
