Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Medical and Strategic Initiatives to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading medical and strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medical and strategic initiatives that align with Comcast's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address medical and strategic challenges.
  • Provide medical expertise and guidance to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and lead multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial stewardship and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to inform medical and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited medical school, with an unrestricted medical license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or MHA) desired but not required.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 3+ years of direct patient care experience desired.
  • 2+ years of administrative/management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
