About the RoleThe Operating Room Nurse Manager will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the OR department
- Ensure timely starts and turnaround
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continued growth and improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BSN degree
- Master's or enrolled in a Master's program preferred
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Clinical Coordinator, Assistant Nurse, or related role
- Operating Room experience required
- CNOR certification preferred
