About the Role

In this Customer Service Specialist position, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide expert advice and guidance on products and services, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and engaging.

You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and add-on sales, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
