Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for the first shift at our expansive pizza manufacturing facility, known for our iconic Red Baron and Tony's frozen pizza brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production and packaging operations to ensure compliance with company and USDA standards.
- Mentor, train, and develop team members.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates while adhering to EEO and Affirmative Action policies.
- Manage employee performance, conduct evaluations, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Ensure safety, maintain cleanliness, enforce policies, and foster positive employee relations.
- Adjust daily schedules to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with USDA representatives to uphold food safety regulations.
- Review and approve Quality Assurance and HACCP documentation.
- Monitor product quality, manage waste, and ensure accurate product counts and weights.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and verify the accuracy of various operational reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality, cost reduction, and adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Participate in and support Global Manufacturing Food Safety Initiative programs and compliance.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or a related field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate knowledge of production robotics.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage line employees.
- Excellent communication and reasoning abilities to foster a positive work environment.
- Capable of interpreting safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Proficient in basic mathematics and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with USDA, FDA, and BRC regulations is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of bakery and dough processes is a plus.
