As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dining account, managing a team of associates, and ensuring that the food offered to customers is of superior quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food.
  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
  • Implement new culinary programs and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred.
  • Three to five years of food service operation experience, including high-volume production and catering experience.
  • Previous experience managing a budget and leading a team.
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch food service company.
