Executive Assistant

The Addison Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our executives. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them; plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation; and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to support executive decision-making.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and invitations.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Qualities: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
