We are currently seeking an Escrow Officer to contribute to our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate real estate escrow transactions by identifying requirements
  • Serve as a neutral intermediary among involved parties, ensuring adherence to company policies while managing risk
  • Oversee the accurate accounting and disbursement of funds in accordance with contractual agreements and company guidelines
  • Generate regular reports on escrow account status for all parties involved
  • Review property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents
  • Draft legal documents necessary for the completion of sales
  • Finalize closings by recording and filing documents, as well as preparing and distributing final closing statements and titles
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in escrow-related roles
  • Prior experience managing escrow transactions as an escrow assistant is preferred
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and proprietary systems; adaptable to evolving workflows
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external clients
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player dedicated to exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to mentor and support emerging talent in the field
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and quick adaptability to new software applications
  • Valid licensing/certification as mandated by applicable state regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
