Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure successful project completion and high-quality workmanship.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of low-voltage systems, including audio-visual, data, and voice communications.
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in the electrical or low-voltage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and collaborate with project managers.
  • Knowledge of low-voltage systems and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and ensure project completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of audio-visual systems and installation.
  • Experience with conduit bending and installation.
  • Previous experience with safety courses or knowledge of jobsite safety.
