This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global programs, including semester, summer, and short-term programs, and will work closely with various University units to ensure successful program development and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring timely submission of vendor payment requests and expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and assist in developing project timelines and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Assist with the selection, negotiation, and management of external consultants and vendors, and conduct other administrative tasks as needed.
- Track project progress and maintain accurate records and files, providing detailed reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree required; no experience necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The University of Pittsburgh offers a competitive salary range of $45,000.00 to $50,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
