As a Restaurant Manager at Bowlero Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our entertainment centers. This includes managing the food and beverage program, coordinating with the General Manager, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the food and beverage program to ensure high-quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
- Supervise center operations staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to grow our league business
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
Requirements:
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player with exceptional people development skills
- Customer service pro with knowledge of POS register systems
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Typical entertainment center environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance
