The Mental Health Crisis Counselor will provide therapeutic support to patients and their families in emergency situations, conduct comprehensive behavioral health clinical assessments, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Assess patients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans to address these needs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide crisis intervention services to patients and their families.
Document patient interactions and progress in electronic medical records.
Qualifications
A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field and a Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License upon hire are required. Experience in social work and crisis interventions is preferred.
