Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker I to join our team in the Psychiatric Emergency Service. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide critical support to patients and families navigating the mental health system.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and treat patients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term therapy to patients in crisis
- Coordinate with community resources to ensure seamless transitions of care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Current licensure as LCSW in Massachusetts
- 2+ years of experience working with acute psychiatric populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
