Job Summary:

The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech and language disorders. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students with speech and language disorders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • NC Department of Public Instruction G License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:

The Speech-Language Pathologist will work in a variety of settings, including classrooms, clinics, and homes. You will be required to travel to different locations to provide services to students.
