Chenega MIOS SBU is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead the capture of new business opportunities in the Defense, Intelligence, and Federal space. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and pursuing high-priority opportunities aligned with 8(a) and competitive government contracting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capture management and proposal development, with a focus on developing innovative technical solutions and win strategies leveraging 8(a) set-asides and sole-source contracting vehicles. Key responsibilities include driving the development of compliant proposals for 8(a) and competitive government contracts, as well as managing Business Development opportunities throughout the Federal Acquisition lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7 years of capture management or related Business Development experience in the Defense, Intelligence, or Federal space. A proven track record in managing Business Development opportunities, experience supporting an 8(a) ANC's Business Development activities, and a security clearance are also required.
