Trophy Point Investment Group, LLC is in search of a dedicated and skilled Loan Originator. This role involves the origination and processing of loan applications while ensuring outstanding customer service and fostering robust relationships with clients. A comprehensive understanding of loan products, underwriting procedures, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Loan Origination:
    • Establish and nurture connections with prospective borrowers.
    • Guide clients in choosing appropriate loan products tailored to their financial circumstances.
    • Gather and assess financial data from clients to finalize loan applications.
  • Customer Service:
    • Deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the loan application journey.
    • Promptly and professionally address client inquiries and concerns.
    • Maintain consistent communication with clients to update them on their loan progress.
  • Loan Processing:
    • Work collaboratively with underwriters and loan processors to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
    • Review and confirm all documentation for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
    • Submit completed loan applications to underwriting and track their status.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to loan origination.

  • Relationship Management:

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in loan origination or a similar capacity.
  • Thorough knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
