- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute food production to meet the needs of our clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food products.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and menus, maintaining the highest standards of food freshness, quality, and appeal.
- Utilize batch cooking techniques to optimize food production and minimize waste.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial kitchen experience, with a proven track record of success in baking and pastry arts.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- ServSafe Certification is a plus.
