Position Overview
We are offering two internships within the Portfolio Management Department at Aegon Asset Management. These roles are designed for individuals who are currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field. The interns will play a vital role in supporting our team of Portfolio Managers and Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Portfolio Analysts and Tactical Portfolio Managers in their daily operations.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive portfolio management reports on a scheduled basis.
  • Compile a monthly reporting package for internal stakeholders across various divisions.
  • Enhance your understanding of the investment landscape and economic trends through active participation in meetings and research projects.
  • Develop proficiency in investment management software, including Aladdin and Bloomberg.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned by the team.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Business or related program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Detail-oriented with a reliable and dependable work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with economic principles and data analysis.
  • Basic understanding of finance and fixed income securities.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities using analytical tools and software.
