Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems
  • Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
  • Install, repair, or replace HVAC system components such as compressors, motors, fans, coils, thermostats, and filters
  • Collaborate with other team members to design and implement HVAC system upgrades or modifications
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Communicate effectively with customers and educate them about their HVAC systems
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • 3-year experience in HVAC
  • EPA Certification
  • Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met
  • Professional appearance and personality
