Maintenance Planner Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Planner to join our team at BioSpace, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the productivity, equipment reliability, and quality of maintenance by eliminating potential delays and obstacles through proper planning and scheduling of parts, machine time, and maintenance manpower.
Key Responsibilities:
* Incorporate HSE standards into all planned work
* Maintain a ready backlog of work orders to be pulled forward as needed
* Prioritize and plan work orders based on asset criticality
* Ensure spare parts are available and liaison with MRO stores
* Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized services
* Update job plans to ensure accuracy
* Schedule, chair, and attend meetings to ensure maintenance activities are appropriately scheduled
* Flexibility to support other areas within the Maintenance team and participate in Project and best practice initiatives
* First point of contact for craft personnel to troubleshoot issues/queries on the Maximo
* Utilize parts kitting process for PMs and all other work orders that can be scheduled and kitted
* Utilize work order statuses to correctly partition work orders
* Maintain BOM for assets 'Spare parts' in Maximo
* Support engineering for Add to Stores of spare parts
* Work closely with maintenance supervisors to ensure weekly assignments are delivered on time
* Collaborate with production managers, reliability, and maintenance supervisor on the weekly top priority
* Report weekly completion rates and weekly schedule adherence on a month-to-date basis
Requirements:
* AS in related curriculum or equivalent experience
* 3 Years Experience as a Maintenance Craft or Technician
* Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Preferred Qualifications:
* CMMS Maximo experience preferred
* Experience within a regulated industry; FDA regulated industries preferred
* Experience as a Maintenance Scheduler or Planner in an industrial manufacturing environment
* Experience with tracking purchase orders from generation to invoicing
* Must be able to organize workload and prioritize tasks while working in an environment that requires teamwork and flexibility
