Job Overview:

The Janitorial Services Technician is responsible for the comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks within the building.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles regularly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, including restocking supplies.
  • Ensure breakroom areas are clean and well-stocked.
  • Safely operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and buffers.
  • Conduct light repairs as needed to maintain the interior of the facility.
  • Assist in the upkeep of public areas as directed.
  • Engage in exterior maintenance tasks, including trash removal and snow shoveling.
  • Perform light repairs on the exterior of the building as required.
  • Support inventory management by monitoring and reporting supply levels.
  • Collaborate with other team members and provide assistance as necessary.

Qualifications:
