Position: Industrial Painting & Coating Project Manager / Superintendent

Compensation: $135,000 to $185,000 plus performance-based incentives

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Project Manager/Superintendent with specialized knowledge in the industrial painting and coatings sector, particularly within the water and wastewater industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project phases from initial scope to completion, including material procurement and coordination with estimators.
  • Apply specialized knowledge of high-performance coatings to recommend suitable products and application methods for each project.
  • Balance office-based administrative tasks with field responsibilities, ensuring effective project oversight.
  • Enforce safety protocols to protect team members, collaborating closely with the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues during estimation and execution phases to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, fostering positive relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to implement the most effective project execution methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of quality materials.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience managing water/wastewater projects, both on-site and off-site.
  • Proven background in industrial painting and coatings.

Preferred:

  • Experience in project estimation.
  • Field experience in water/wastewater projects.

Desired:

  • Previous oversight of water/wastewater facility operations.
