Apartment Turn Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apartment Turn Supervisor to join our team at The Crossings at One. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vacant apartments are thoroughly prepared for new residents, meeting our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

• Supervise and coordinate the make-ready process for vacant apartments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between the Renovations Department and the Turn Team, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant apartments, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures to optimize the make-ready process.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide guidance and training to Turn Team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including turn-around times and quality metrics.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
