Job Summary:

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve lost freight issues on the warehouse floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members and external customers.
  • Multi-task, prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently with a high attention to detail.
  • Complete day-to-day administrative functions, including answering phone calls, organizing file systems, responding to department requests, photocopying, handling mail, ordering supplies, and completing reports as needed.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail.
  • Effective oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work outside of a typical work schedule.
