Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Prattville, AL.

Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized food service area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring high-quality food and excellent service.
  • Greet and seat guests, handle food and beverage orders, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, adhering to standard recipes and health codes.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Food handler's permit required, if applicable.
