Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief

At SERVPRO, we're seeking a skilled Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll play a vital role in restoring properties to their pre-damage condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare work areas for efficient production processes.
  • Communicate effectively with management, office staff, and technicians to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform production processes as directed, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Lead the job with customer communication, mobile app use, and job documentation.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demolition or mitigation experience preferred.
  • IICRC certification a plus.
Skills and Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
