Restoration Supervisor Job Description

At SERVPRO, we're seeking a skilled Restoration Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for leading restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare work areas and equipment for each project.
  • Communicate effectively with management, office staff, and technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Perform production processes as directed.
  • Lead customer communication, mobile app use, job documentation, and data entry.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated experience in demolition or mitigation.
  • IICRC certification a plus.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
