The ideal candidate will have experience handling high-volume transactions, performing variance analysis, and reviewing jobs for approval while reserving funds in P2. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets.

  • Support construction teams by managing funding and production forecasts to ensure funds are directed to the appropriate projects.
  • Handle a high volume of transactions daily, including reviewing and approving/rejecting at least 30 jobs and coordinating funding for 100 jobs.
  • Perform variance analysis by comparing forecasts to actual results, identifying discrepancies, and driving desired outcomes.
  • Ensure POs are funded based on market requirements and manage systems to reserve funds and route POs appropriately.
  • Provide job reviews, including approvals and rejections, to ensure that POs cover pending labor needs.
