We are looking for a skilled Project Financial Analyst to join our team at IntePros. As a key member of our construction finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's construction teams with funding and production forecasting.

As a Project Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of transactions daily, including reviewing and approving/rejecting at least 30 jobs and coordinating funding for 100 jobs. You will also perform variance analysis by comparing forecasts to actual results, identifying discrepancies, and driving desired outcomes.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related field is required. You should have 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in the construction finance industry or a similar environment.

You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with project funding requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables), and Outlook is required. Experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce is a plus.

This is a full-time position that involves onsite work from Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
