Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Monitor to join our team. As a Security Monitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our facility and residents. This is a critical role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the security and safety of the facility and residents through regular patrols and monitoring of security systems.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular checks of resident rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or behavior.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of general work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
