Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Early Childhood Education Specialist to lead our infant and toddler care program. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for working with young children.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement educational programs for infants and toddlers
  • Supervise a team of educators and assistants to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents to ensure their involvement in their child's education
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and agency policies and procedures

Estimated salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
