Assembly Technician

The Assembly Operator is a key member of our production team, responsible for completing complex assemblies with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Read and follow work instructions and operating procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly processes.
- Operate specialized equipment, including rivet presses and pneumatic screwdrivers, to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct routine quality checks and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment and tools, reporting any malfunctions or issues to management.
- Perform in-process visual inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team.
- Proven track record of dependability and excellent attendance.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment, with previous assembly experience a plus.
