Job Summary

As a Lead Custodial Supervisor with Compass Group Careers, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our custodial team, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Conduct classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance, and company policies to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of custodial associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular walk-through inspections to ensure that facilities are clean and well-maintained, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as updating training materials, revising policies, and conducting reviews to ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management, and other applicable company/federal/state/local requirements and policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a custodial or facilities management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to train and develop team members, knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
