About Justice Resource Institute: JRI operates a comprehensive residential treatment program tailored for latency-aged youth, emphasizing trauma-informed care. Our facility includes an on-site educational institution, a full clinical team, nursing personnel, and direct care staff, all committed to holistic support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the educational department, including recruitment, supervision, collaborative teaching, evaluation, and training initiatives.
- Engage with clinical, nursing, residential, and administrative teams to ensure a unified approach to programmatic services and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and families.
- Provide leadership in various capacities, including as a meeting facilitator and liaison with public schools.

Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Special Education or a related discipline is required.
- A valid MA DESE license in Moderate Disabilities for grades 5-12 is essential.
- Possession of a MA DESE Special Education Administrator license is mandatory.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in an administrative or leadership capacity is required.
- Experience in a residential or group home setting is highly preferred.
- A valid driver's license must be maintained.
