Job Title: Water and Wastewater Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead our team in Clifton Park, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of water and wastewater projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in water and wastewater project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • In-depth understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
