Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Clifton Park, New York. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing projects, developing and expanding our engineering and environmental practice in New York. You'll work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet our clients' needs.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Perform data assessment and report writing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of project results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of environmental consulting experience.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated project management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) preferred.
  • Experience with NYSDEC Regulations and Programs required.
  • Project Management Experience on a variety of projects required.
  • Compliance Experience (SPCC, SWPPP, PBS) preferred.
  • Experience with railroads preferred.
  • Travel required 20-40%.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records check.
  • Valid Driver's license.

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
