We are seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Ascension. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patients' needs and psychosocial status.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment goals and provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
- Provide documentation of patient information, referrals, and supportive services in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
- Master's degree required.
- Additional Preferences:
- LCPC or LCSW required.
- Experience/expertise with youth (adolescents and/or children) preferred.
