Job Title: Speech Pathologist - Rehabilitation Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. as a Rehabilitation Therapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality speech and language therapy services to patients with various developmental, cognitive, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and interpret evaluations and test results for patients ranging in age from birth through geriatric.
  • Determine speech therapy treatment plans by physician referral or in consultation with physicians.
  • Recommend and implement adjustments and modifications to therapy plans based on patient progress.
  • Document results of patient assessments, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services in patient records.
  • Provide specialty services, including swallowing evaluation, videofluoroscopy, and cognitive treatment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a school accredited by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Certification of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.
  • Valid, current, full, and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license from Arizona Department of Health or any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
