{"Job Title": "Travel Speech-Language Pathologist", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Tuba City Regional. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing quality speech and language therapy services to patients with various developmental, cognitive, and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities:

* Assess and interpret evaluations and test results for patients ranging in age from birth through geriatric.
* Determine speech therapy treatment plans by physician referral or in consultation with physicians and set realistic treatment goals.
* Document results of patients assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services in patient records.
* Select and construct therapies according to the patients goals and needs.
* Provide specialty services including swallowing evaluation, cognitive treatment, voice treatment, pediatric speech/language therapy treatment.
* Assist direction and development of the speech therapy service to include continued quality improvement, risk management and safety.
* Consult with Physical Rehabilitation team, and other health care workers.

Requirements:

* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a school accredited by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
* 2 years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Schedule Information:

* Regular work week, weekend services not available at this time.

Unit Specific Information:

* Responsibilities also include maintaining TCRHCC Medical Staff Credentialing Core Privileges.

Additional Details:

* ORIENTATION: Every two (2) weeks only.
* COVID EXEMPTIONS: We do not accept religious exemptions.
* If a candidate submits for a medical exemption, we will need approval from our medical review board to proceed with onboarding.
* HOUSING APPLICATION: must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
