Job Summary

Environmental Compliance Consultants Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Admin to support our environmental services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain records related to hazardous waste management using EESOH-MIS.
  • Coordinate and organize administrative activities, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
  • Support compliance efforts by accurately documenting waste handling procedures, inspections, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to compile and analyze data, generate reports, and assist with training presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry or administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks, preferably in a hazardous waste management or environmental compliance setting.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data management software; familiarity with EESOH-MIS is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
