Job Title: Financial Data Specialist

Insight Global is a customer-first marketing production company with a rich New York history, located in Manhattan. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and timely invoices for clients
  • Manage account balances and collect information for calculating bills receivable
  • Issue invoices and handle customer inquiries with excellent communication skills

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience as a billing clerk and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Previous experience with month-end closing and quarter-end closing is also a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • At least 6 months of experience as a billing clerk
  • Previous experience with month-end closing and quarter-end closing (optional)

Salary: $20/hour
