Job Summary

Hyspan Precision Products, Inc. is seeking a skilled Hose Production Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of PLC controlled tube forming and hose forming machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand blueprints/drawings prior to starting a project
  • Read and understand the PLC control and inputs required to operate each machine
  • Sourcing the materials to be used in the project and correctly documenting heat numbers, purchase orders and other information required for traceability
  • Translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production
  • Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects
  • Ensure that every machine procedure is documented and completed in accordance with the process procedure or work instruction
  • Follow all company and machine safety protocols
  • Inspect the work area and machines used each day to make sure the area is clean, safe and process ready for each operation
