Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a committed Portfolio Manager to become a part of our Solutions Group team. As the main liaison for our clients, you will be tasked with ensuring outstanding customer service, overseeing projects, and addressing any issues related to elevators. Your role will be pivotal in managing client inquiries and coordinating with vendors, ensuring that we deliver top-tier service to our clientele.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently identify and resolve client concerns
  • Develop action plans to facilitate project advancement
  • Negotiate and mediate disputes between vendors and clients
  • Maintain effective communication with clients through various channels
  • Organize project information and monitor progress using management tools
  • Prepare formal documentation and reports
  • Review billing statements and oversee collections
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in project or construction management
  • Knowledge of the elevator and vertical transportation sector
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
