Job Title: Sales Associate I

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate I to join our team. As a Sales Associate I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Drive sales by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations on products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales associates, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stockroom.
