The Business Development Center Director is responsible for leading our BDC team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role demands strong strategic thinking, effective communication, and inspiring leadership.

Job DescriptionThis position involves managing all aspects of our BDC, including supervising staff, handling internet leads, and promoting customer retention for both sales and service.
