Job Title: Concierge, Advisor Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Concierge, Advisor Support to join our team at Priority Financial Group. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our Financial Advisors, ensuring seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Financial Advisors, providing prompt and professional assistance with inquiries, issues, and requests.
    • Respond to Advisor inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage and organize administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of Advisor operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
    • Handle scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative functions as required, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Communication Liaison:
    • Facilitate communication between Advisors and internal departments, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
  • Onboarding Assistance:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new Advisors, providing guidance on internal systems and procedures to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support and assistance with our proprietary systems and tools utilized by Financial Advisors, ensuring they are proficient in using our resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the Events team to coordinate and support various events, meetings, and conferences involving Financial Advisors, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Training and Development:
    • Assist in the training and development of Advisors, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing our resources for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for Advisors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a similar support role within the financial services industry.
  • Experience working with Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, Raymond James, Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, Vanguard, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, or Pershing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with Advisors, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using various office software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services or advisory firm.
