About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. As a Store Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent guest services, handling customer complaints, and supporting the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain guest services by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Support the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals through effective merchandising and promotional activities
- Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management as needed
- Collaborate with the Store Management Team to achieve business objectives
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
